Madison Elle Beer, a Long Island, New York, resident, was a music lover and performer since she was ten years old. In 2012, Madison Elle Beer posted videos of her singing covers of popular songs. Within a short time, pop superstar Justin Bieber came across her rendition of Etta James' "At Last" and shared it with his 25 million plus Twitter followers. The resulting media coverage led to her signing a recording contract with Island Records and a management agreement with Bieber's manager following year. The same year, Beer was also cast as a minor character in the independent film Louder Than Words, which was starring David Duchovny and made its film festival debut in 2013. The singer released her debut single, "Melodies", in the latter part of 2013. In 2018 she released her solo debut EP, "As She Pleases". The single "Home with You", which made it to the Top 30 in Norway, was also a huge success. The EP was able to make it to the top-half on the Billboard 200. Beer also released the single "Hurts Like Hell", with Offset in the same year.
